"Hi Kiarra, thank you for sharing your feedback. Before responding, we reviewed the full record across emails, phone calls, texts, and internal notes to make sure we had the complete picture. We’re sorry this experience felt frustrating. To clarify the timeline: your request began in May for an auto quote, and during that time he had difficulty reaching you because calls were often answered by a busy tone, so he made multiple attempts; after we couldn’t complete setup, a follow-up was scheduled. In July, he reached out again because you expressed interest in moving forward in May, and he continued trying to contact you during business hours (our office typically closes at 5:30 pm). Once he connected with you, you asked to set up the policy; he explained that the initial setup requires the first payment to be processed, and you shared that you were not comfortable providing your credit card by phone or email. He also explained that you could pay online going forward, but for initial setup the first payment had to be processed using our secure payment process (either by phone through the secure payment screen or by coming into the office). Our intention was never to “pester” anyone, his goal was simply to confirm next steps and avoid unnecessary follow-up. If you’d like, please contact our office to speak with our manager or the agent so we can discuss and ensure you feel heard, whether or not you choose to become a customer."
