"Today I had a fantastic customer service experience when I reached out to my new State Farm agent. As a new customer, I needed to access my auto & renter's insurance cards and when I called, I spoke with Whitney LaBozzetta. I explained what I needed and she immediately emailed the requested information to me but when I tried to print the cards, I experienced issues on my end with the format used to send them. Whitney was beyond patient and went above and beyond to assist me, offering to resend the insurance cards in multiple different ways all in an effort to ensure I received the cards successfully. She also scheduled a future reminder to set up my autopay. She remained kind throughout the entire process which took a while and remained pleasant on the line while I fumbled around with my printer. She never made me feel as though I was wasting her time. This kind of interaction confirms for me that I've chosen the right agent, and I look forward to this kind of seamless interaction going forward. "To be honest, when I switched to State Farm I was a little nervous. Dealing with new people when your comfortable with what you got. But, I am really happy I did. Leila and her whole team are amazing. I was able to get emergency insurance for a motorhome i was moving states with added without stress. If I ever have an issue with my bill, I can always call them and they walk me through it. In the long run ill stick with State Farm. Saved me quit a bit, and I had a speeding ticket on my license. Great team, and overall great company to be with."

"I can’t say enough good things about Leila and her team at State Farm! They truly go above and beyond to make sure my policy meets the best requirements for my needs. After a friend was in a car accident yesterday, I reached out with some concerns, and they immediately walked me through my policy step-by-step. They explained everything clearly and helped changed my coverage so I could feel confident and comfortable. They even stayed in contact with me through text until around 6:30 in the evening, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. "I've been with Allstate for 7 years, handling one auto and one home claim. Eventually, the auto premiums for two cars skyrocketed, so I switched to Progressive, drawn by their lower rates. However, my home insurance premium also increased. I used their services for a year, but I wasn't happy because both my home and auto premiums rose significantly, with no claims or clear explanation, and it was worse than when I was with Allstate. Neither carrier's customer service is good. I do not know who my local Progressive agent is, and the Allstate local agent never followed up with me. My friend sent me Kaylen's number, and she took 1-3 business days to give me a quote for three cars and house premiums. The costs are affordable, even though I heard many people (contractors and clients) say their claims process can be complicated. However, Leila and Jose are my local insurance agent team, and they respond quickly to my calls or texts. Also, they followed up after I contacted them about not being able to reach my claim representative. Thank you, guys."

"I am updating my original review. Its been a couple years now. Our insurance has steadily gone up. No it's not because of tickets or accidents, just variable rates do that apparently. But where I am drawing a line here is when two different appointments where scheduled, to explain such changes, and both were "mixed up" for different days or times. Not to mention I have repeatedly asked for our insurance cards to be sent to us directly since the app never works correctly or pulls documents up when needed. I can't rely on this unpredictable system. Here we are in December and no new insurance cards. I have had enough of this unprofessional and inconsistent behavior."
"Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify a few things to make sure the information is clear and concise. Your renters insurance has actually gone down over the past two years, one of your auto policies had two decreases at renewal and in your recent auto renewal (12/04/25) your savings exceeds $700.00 over the next 6 months. I did miss our first scheduled call because of a mix-up on my part, but we rescheduled and completed the meeting as planned. The ID cards were emailed on 07/21/25, and you confirmed receiving them on 07/22/25. We also requested that hard copies be mailed to your address that same day, as you requested. Please note that we don't mail ID cards directly from our office. I also don't see any notes on a request for ID cards after 07/21/25. While we work hard to take good care of you, insurance rates and clais decisions are set by the company and are outside of our control. We appreciate your continued business and will remain committed to providing honest, attentive service. Original Reply: Thanks so much Nina! It was so nice meeting you and your husband in person. "Leila is a great agent. I had a life insurance question due to a family situation and while in the end she wasn’t able to provide me with a solution she did all she could to find a solution including offering me other companies who may be able to provide something for me. You really get to know what type of person you are dealing with when they can’t directly serve you. A great service person won’t leave you with just a sorry can’t help you but will go out of their way to help point you in a good direction or hand you off to someone who can and that’s what Leila did."
